Living Well Home Care
If you or a loved one is struggling with prolonged illness, recovery from surgery, physical or developmental disabilities or simply the challenges of aging, our private duty home care services will provide the support you need. These services will help you maintain your regular daily activities in the familiar, comfortable surroundings of your own home. Non-medical care begins with highly trained caregivers, fully insured and carefully matched to your requirements and preferences, available on an hourly, live-in, or as-needed basis.

Perhaps you would like occasional transportation to medical appointments, or assistance during the night or on weekends. Are you concerned about safety, companionship and emotional support? Maybe your family members need respite from care giving duties, or while they are out-of-town. In any case, we can assist you with all your home care needs.

What separates The Living Well Association from other agencies, is our focus on leisure activities during our time of service. We believe in staying active, both physically and mentally. We have many service offerings that get you or your loved one out to the movies, museums, parks, fitness centers, restaurants, events with friends, and many other activities. We also strongly encourage family and grandchildren visits where our trained professionals can assist in baby sitting or cleaning up after the kids allowing you to focus on what is important; enjoying the time being with them.

With complete flexibility, no long term contracts, and fully customized care, we are available 24/7 to arrange for a free in-home assessment, as well as professional oversight and care management. Payments for services are generally paid privately or with long term care insurance. We offer unique benefits and provide peace of mind for your loved ones. Some of these services include:
